About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads from provided databases or inbound inquiries.
  • Pitch Forex products trading services and education / training programs to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans or services.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into active clients or enrolled students.
  • Build and manage long-term business relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to achieve targets.
  • Maintain call records sales reports and CRM updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 03 years in Telecalling Inside Sales Telesales or Business Development (Forex / Financial / Education sector experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
