As a Scout Hub Technician, you'll be at the heart of our service operations, keeping our shop running smoothly, clean, and welcoming. From prepping trucks and installing campers to diagnosing electrical systems, every day brings something different. You'll be the go-to person for customers throughout their entire journey - whether it's scheduling appointments, walking them through their brand-new camper on delivery day, handling warranty claims, or answering technical questions about their camper. You'll also keep the parts organized, write up work orders, and help make sure the shop stays profitable and firing on all cylinders.
