Technician - RDA Shift Process

As a Real‑Time Defect Analysis (RDA) Shift Process Technician at Micron Fab10, you will play a meaningful role in identifying, analyzing, raising, and addressing potential defect issues while supporting product quality and process control through defect data analysis and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

• Analyze defect data using SEM, optical review tools, and statistical software to identify process issues.
• Identify and raise tool issues, potential excursions, and scrap risks to the appropriate teams.
• Interpret Special Work Requests (SWRs) and ensure accurate execution and feedback.
• Document findings, build deviation reports, and support excursion investigations.
• Assist in crafting PowerPoint reports to present in daily meetings.
• Promote safety and environmental compliance by following all established policies and procedures.
