What you will do

In this role you will lead and coach the Volvo Personal Service team to improve customer experience, workshop efficiency, and overall productivity while minimizing operational costs. You will play a key role in supporting the team with technical guidance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the workshop maintains high service standards and strong customer satisfaction.

• Conduct daily team meetings
• Monitor workshop performance indicators
• Support short‑ and long‑term planning to keep work in progress within target levels
• Coach and support Personal Service Technicians on technical and administrative matters
• Coordinate workshop improvement activities and ensure high standards in 5S, productivity and quality
• Contribute to customer retention and value‑added service sales
• Ensure training completion and follow‑up activities to enhance overall service centre performance
