Key Responsibilities

  • To respond and attend the complaint.
  • To perform general maintenance and servicing for all facilities in the hostel.
  • To understand the complaint according to the work order issued.
  • To be responsible for any work order issued on a daily basis.
  • To assist, the Executive controls the numbers of complaints.
  • Ability to be independent on site.
  • Able to prioritize and organize work assignments.
  • Able to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements.
  • Able to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy in order of delivering task.
  • Able to have good communication and impression between store managers & hostel’s occupants.
  • To test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment in the hostel.
