We are seeking a detail‑oriented and efficient Technician, FA to join our team in PN Bayan Lepas Penang Malaysia.

Job Summary

A Technician supports the Failure Analysis team by executing hands‑on defect analysis, sample preparation, FA laboratory equipment operation, and data collection to identify failure modes in disk and head. The role focuses on equipment operation, lab processes, and documentation, working under guidance of FA Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist FA engineers in failure analysis investigations for:
  • In‑line failures
  • Reliability test failures
  • Customer / field returns
• Perform basic electrical and physical failure analysis following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare samples for analysis, including:
  • Labeling/marking
  • Disk orientation & location
• Track and manage samples throughout...
