Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain commercial cooking equipment

  • Focus on mechanical systems, gas appliances, ovens, and user-facing performance issues

  • Core equipment scope includes combi ovens, convection ovens, gas and electric ranges, and more


Key Technical Skills:

  • Gas appliance fault diagnosis (LPG and Natural Gas principles)

  • Mechanical systems maintenance

  • Electrical diagnostics on ovens and appliances

  • Calibration and performance testing
