Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering (ME/QE) to refine processes, validate tooling/fixtures, and improve work instructions through operator feedback.

Foster a culture of continuous learning, safety-first practices, and cross-skill development in alignment with CORE principles.

Set up, operate, and maintain specialized CNC/NC machines including PUMA TT2500MS Lathe, Makino PS105 Milling, Reishauer gear flank grinding, Studer ID/OD grinding, Doosan 2600 mill‑turn, Kapp VX59/VIG and Gleason hobbing and shaping machines.
