Technical Training Administration Executive

We are looking for a Technical Training Administration Executive to support the planning, coordination, administration, and governance of technical learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for managing technical competency assessment activities, supporting learning needs analysis, administering training and certification programmes, and ensuring the effective operation of learning management systems (LMS). The incumbent will work closely with business units, managers, learners, training providers, and certification bodies to facilitate learning operations, maintain training records, monitor learning effectiveness, and generate reports and analytics.
