The Technical Sourcer, Managed Services Recruitment will be responsible for providing talent sourcing services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team and the clients we serve.
- Track new client requisitions through ATS; update cases as they progress.
- Provide Technical talent sourcing services to the Upwork Managed Services Recruitment team.

- Continually develop and iterate on sourcing guidelines and procedures
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss current projects and internal updates
