Technical Support Officer

The role As a Technical Support Officer, you will provide essential support across the Wellbeing, Health and Safety (WH&S) and Training Teams, contributing to the effective delivery of corporate functions. Working closely with directorate leads and colleagues within the WH&S and Training teams, you will deliver targeted technical support through activities such as data extraction and retrieval, database management, data collation and analysis, and the production and development of management reports. You will also support the maintenance and effective use of People Management systems such as Assess NET, People safe and job evaluation tools, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and reliable.
