About the Role
Technical Support Intern will be responsible for delivering best-in-class technical customer support for Kaspersky business clients and partners.
This is an internship position. Preferred candidates are students currently enrolled in Computer Networking, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are required. Candidates have to be able to work on-site at our office in Villa Lobos, São Paulo (hybrid model).
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Kaspersky business product line via phone, chat, and web.
- Identify and troubleshoot software and system issues/errors.
- Prioritize issues based on level of security threat to customer systems.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date call and activity records.
