Job Responsibilities
- Technical Support Intern responsible for handling internal and external support cases, performing troubleshooting, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve response quality, efficiency, and issue resolution in a fast-paced support environment.
- Monitor and manage alerts on Slack and AWS dashboards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Use analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve daily issues.
- Gain exposure to AWS services such as CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, ECS, microservices, dockerization, and containerization.
- Utilize AI‑assisted tools for investigation, knowledge analysis, and log analysis to support troubleshooting and case investigation.
