Primary Duties:
고객 및 내부 팀을 대상으로 냉동 시스템 기술 지원 제공기계, 전기, 제어 시스템 문제 진단 및 해결냉동 장비 설치, 시운전, 유지보수 지원기술 문서, 기술 검토 제안서 및 교육 자료 작성필요 시 현장 방문 및 원격 지원 수행안전 규정 및 환경 관련 법규 준수개보수 현장 비즈니스 발굴Provide technical support for refrigeration systems to customers and internal teams.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment.Prepare technical documentation, technical review reports, and training materials.Conduct on-site visits and remote support as required.Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.Supports Chiller Retrofit businessEducation, Technical Skills, knowledge and experience:
