About the Role

The Mission

We are looking for a high-velocity engineer to own the frontline. This isn’t a ticket-taker role. You are the critical buffer between our core infrastructure and the real-world. Your mission is to protect our Foundation team’s focus by intercepting, diagnosing, and fixing complex issues in the trenches. You will be the direct successor to our current operational workflow, tasked with clearing the legacy backlog and ensuring our local clients in Colombia receive world-class technical responses in real-time.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

When a client reports an issue, you don’t just route it. You dive into the code, replicate the environment, and find the root cause. You will write and deploy production-ready fixes for bugs and legacy issues before they ever reach the Foundation team.
