As a Technical Support Specialist, you will receive training on a variety of Key Control systems and technologies, enabling you to provide technical support to both clients and field associates. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues involving PC systems, proprietary software, peripheral hardware, operating systems, networks, RFID, and GPS technologies.nThis position offers the opportunity to develop strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills while supporting a diverse customer base. Training includes hands-on technical labs, mentor-based team shadowing, and real-world experience as a valued member of the support team.n
