  • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Relevant SAP Certifications (a clue too important to overlook)
  • The ability to investigate incidents, identify root causes, and deduce solutions before lesser minds have finished reading the ticket
  • A thorough understanding of SAP modules, integrations, and enterprise business processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical mysteries into plain English for stakeholders and users alike
  • Experience managing support requests, system monitoring, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
