ERP Environment Delivery & Support

• Install, configure, deploy, and support ERP environments across:

  • On‑premises

  • Hybrid

  • Cloud‑enabled models

• Work with multiple ERP solutions, including platforms similar in complexity and architecture to Epicor Kinetic

• Support environments for medium‑sized businesses and large multinational customers

• Manage ERP upgrades, patches, performance optimisation, and complex technical issues

• Act as a senior escalation point for ERP‑related technical challenges
