ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer (Fortinet) to join our Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) team in Kraków or Warsaw.
In this role, you will support the internal product team and business partners by delivering technical support for IT products.
 

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Technical support for the Arrow ECS product team in promoting IT solutions on the market
  • Supporting business partners in selecting appropriate solutions for end customers through email, phone, remote consultations, and on-site customer meetings
  • Promoting knowledge of products and technologies among partners and end customers (webinars, workshops, conferences)
  • Technical support during PoC (Proof of Concept) activities and implementations at end customers
