About the Role

Technical Service & Support

To provide and innovate the method to prepare cured samples / sample blocks as a technical support to sales team & admixture business. Act as an active member to provide technical support such as conduct product training and demo to sales team, applicators & end users. Act as technical service provider to handle customer complaints including site visits & follow-up as well as preparing investigation reports. To carry out site visit to ensure systems were carried out in the correct method and meet customer expectations. Build positive working relationships with applicator customers, conduct quality reports, and assess competency levels via practical assessments. Provide expertise in technical support to sales team & customer for pre- and post-sales.
