Spanning over 600,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space and complemented by high-quality retail, this landmark building requires a proven professional to deliver exceptional technical and engineering standards.

The Role

As Technical Services Manager, you will take ownership of all M&E and technical operations across the building. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance, driving energy efficiency, and overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance. Working closely with service partners and internal stakeholders, you will ensure the asset remains best-in-class within the London market.
