Equans is looking for Technical Services Manager - Electrical bias to join our team at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. Flexible working hours between 7am and 5pm.

An experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of Electrical and Hard Services on our NHS Fife contract. You will be responsible for managing contractual requirements, ensuring service levels (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met while maintaining critical system integrity and minimising downtime.

This leadership role requires strong operational, financial, and technical oversight of electrical resources — including HV, LV, and electrical systems — alongside the management of planned, reactive, and lifecycle maintenance activities.
