Technical Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and advice on product application in accordance with product characteristic and application standard
• Prepare adequate knowledge on the products and align with customer’s expectation
• Support sales team activities
• Initiate and promote the selling of services
• Provide services to meet the Coatings, Engineering and Service activities
• Assist Supervisor at a local country level
• Monitor surface preparation/coating application on site ensuring that they conform to the agreed specifications
• Represent company in technical matters when dealing with customer at site/yard
• Utilize technical knowledge to assess painting application, coating failure analysis, inspection, testing and provide the required reports
