About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer & Market Development:
    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers in mining, manufacturing, EPCs, and system integrators.
    • Identify, research, and selectively pursue new customers of interest based on financial health, capital investment plans, and long‑term potential.
    • Conduct structured market research and market intelligence gathering to identify opportunities aligned with the companys offerings.
  • Key Account Management:
    • Build relationships across customer functions, including maintenance, engineering, planning, projects, procurement, and stores.
    • Map decision‑makers and influencers and understand both technical and commercial decision processes.
