The Technical Sales Specialist – Silicone Masterbatches & Specialty Additives will lead the commercial development and technical implementation of the product portfolio throughout Mexico and Spanish-speaking Latin America. This role combines strategic business development with hands‑on technical application support. The successful candidate must be capable of identifying and closing new commercial opportunities while also conducting customer trials, troubleshooting processing issues, optimizing formulations, and delivering technical presentations and evaluations at customer facilities.
