• Fluent English for customer service and negotiation with North American clients
• Advanced or upper-intermediate Spanish

• Technical consultative ability to understand customer needs and correctly recommend FuelTech products
• Proactivity, pipeline organization, follow-up discipline, and strong orientation toward results and KPIs
