Technical Recruiting Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Recruitment Specialist to manage domestic hiring for our Infrastructure and IT teams. This role is a direct report to the Global Head of HR . You will execute all recruitment activities strictly according to the instructions, guidelines, and final approvals provided by the Global Head of HR. This is an execution-focused role with no unilateral decision-making authority.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Execution (Under Direct Instruction of Global Head HR):

• Source, screen, and present shortlisted candidates for domestic technical roles, including Data Center Engineers (server hardware, virtualization, OS) and Network Engineers (routing, switching, firewalls, Cisco/Juniper).
• Advertise job postings on domestic job boards and platforms as directed.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video screenings to assess technical fit and communication skills.
