Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Pharma & Tech)

This is a remote position. DAWAR CONSULTING is a U.S.-based contingent staffing & recruiting firm placing top technical and professional talent at Fortune 500 clients across pharma/biotech, semiconductor, technology, and manufacturing. We work with Direct Clients, MSP-managed programs and leading VMS platforms, and are growing our India-based recruiting team to support U.S. hiring operations. THE ROLE You will own full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placements sourcing and submitting qualified candidates across Pharma/Biotech, Medical devices, IT, Engineering, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing functions. WHAT YOU'LL DO Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter platform, Indeed, and other major job boards. Engage passive talent through Boolean and X-ray search.
