About the Role
We are looking for a talented **Technical Recruiter** to identify and connect with top IT talent for specialized opportunities in the technology sector. We are a global leader in IT professional resourcing, permanent recruitment, project solutions, and managed services.

+ **Salary Range:** $40,000 - $80,000 (DOE, plus uncapped commission)
**Job Duties:**
+ Utilize professional networking and sourcing technology such as Bullhorn, TextKernel, LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, Indeed, and Dice to identify, connect with, and recruit diverse IT candidates for specialized financial services projects.
+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure all client projects are fully staffed with top talent on time.
