Job Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment independently, from role intake and sourcing through to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and offer closure.

  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.

  • Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess technical capability, role fit, and organizational alignment.

  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end, including scheduling with candidates and interview panels where required.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to clarify requirements. Calibrate profiles, and support sound hiring decisions.

  • Develop robust and market-informed offer proposals, incorporating compensation benchmarking and internal considerations.

  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional, timely, and candidate-centric experience.
