+ Lead project management execution of Polish STATCOM projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
+ Ensure a smooth handover from project phase to service, securing long-term service readiness.
+ Act as primary customer interface during execution and early service phase, building strong relationships.
+ Drive service growth (~35%) by identifying upsell opportunities (LTSA, upgrades, lifecycle solutions).
+ Support service-related offers and contract negotiations linked to ongoing projects.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and future service expansion.

+ Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
