Job Responsibilities


  • Product Analysis and Shaping Develop a deep understanding of the product (e.g., features, user experience, technical architecture, data flows) and contribute to the long-term technology roadmap of the product domain.
    Define, with the Business Product Owner, the north-star metric and supporting KPIs that guide product iteration, and partner with engineering and data teams to ensure these metrics are observable.
    Produce the artefacts that engineering or vendors needs to act on, whether that's requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria or AI-assisted product specs, by partnering with stakeholders to understand the underlying business problems.

  • Roadmap and Prioritisation Co-own the product roadmap with the Business Product Owner, keeping it aligned with company goals, member needs, and regulatory context.
