About the Role
**Job Description:**
**Essential Job Functions:**
* Provide technical support services, responding to issues and assisting in tasks.
* Contribute to projects and tasks under supervision.
* Work with the team to address challenges and meet departmental needs.
* Support the development of documentation, including incident logs and records.
* Continue to develop and enhance technical skills.
* Follow established best practices and standards in service delivery.
+ Quarterly IT Review - Once a quarter - will assist in client's quarterly IT review. This work will consume a lot of time for the months the quarterly review is done.
+ Password Reset - Work ServiceNow tickets for mainframe password resets (Varies - but on avg 1-3 per day)
+ Review Daily Terminated users and Identify any with Mainframe Access (Daily process - maybe 20 minutes). There is also a weekly process to follow at the EOW (~ 20 minutes).
+ Print AP Checks/Solimar Print Server sig...
