The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for the delivery of building maintenance services across the University estate, ensuring mechanical and electrical systems are maintained safely, efficiently and in full compliance with statutory requirements. The role leads planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance, drives performance through effective resource management, and ensures robust oversight of compliance programmes, asset condition and maintenance strategies.

You will lead and develop operational teams and manage contractor performance to ensure high‑quality, value‑driven service delivery.
