Our Road Science business is New Zealands leading designer and supplier of bitumen and bitumen‑based products. We have world‑class manufacturing plants and storage facilities for bitumen, emulsions, and polymer‑modified binders. With five IANZ‑accredited civil engineering laboratories and a number of project‑specific mobile laboratories, Road Science is driven by a passionate team of thinkers and do‑ers – exceeding expectations, every time!

We are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the maintenance of laboratory testing equipment, calibrations, and quality activities to meet business needs. The Technical Lead will collaborate with Operational Area Leads to optimise laboratory resource use and maintain efficient, timely testing processes in compliance with IANZ registration and company ISO standards.
