Technical Lead Developer (AI)

What you will be doing:

• Design, build, and deliver production-grade software across AI-enabled delivery stacks, including backend services, APIs, and integration layers
• Develop banking-grade solutions with strong focus on security, observability, resilience, and performance
• Define and implement technical reference architectures and reusable engineering patterns (e.g. service scaffolding, integration adapters, agent orchestration components)
• Provide hands-on coding and technical leadership within delivery teams
• Lead code reviews and enforce engineering standards including testing discipline, secure coding practices, error handling, and maintainability
• Mentor and coach engineers through practical, code-level guidance and technical reasoning
• Own non-functional requirements including logging, tracing, monitoring, secrets management, dependency hygiene, and CI/CD quality
