My client in Cape Town requires a Technical FM to provide managerial and supervisory direction with regard to service delivery in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities
Grade 12 Appropriate Electrical Tertiary qualification:
NDip / Suitable trade test- discipline Must be red seal qualified Wireman’s Licence: Single Phase and Three Phase
Min 5 year experience in facilities environment, built environment or equivalent knowledge or skill Call Centre, Data Centre, IT Environment (related to the technical aspect hereof) - Advantageous Experience and Exposure to : Fire Systems (Early Detection) , CCTV, Access Control and Biometrics systems. Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle Desired Experience & Qualification
