RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts training in basic, common, and core competencies in Center‑Based and Community‑Based/Industry‑Based programs.
• Prepares session plans, progress/achievement charts, Learner’s Achievement Monitoring Report (LAMR), and trainee evaluations.
• Develops competency‑based learning materials (CBLM) devices.
• Conducts studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instruction.
• Prepares and administers tests to evaluate instruction.
• Provides guidance and support to trainees.
• Keeps records, prepares and submits required reports.
