Technical Director - Process Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Process Design & Optimization: develop and implement treatment solutions, including biological, chemical, and physical processes.
• Troubleshooting & Performance: conduct plant audits, analyze data, and provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize plant performance.
• Documentation: prepare process calculations, mass balances, equipment specifications, and technical reports.
• Project Support: support plant commissioning, pilot studies, and capital improvement projects.
• Compliance & Safety: ensure all systems adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of water chemistry and treatment technologies.
• Experience with CAD software and process modeling software.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
