Technical Director – Catchment Science Team

Lead a portfolio of high‑profile groundwater and water resources projects within the Sustainable Water Management Consulting group and oversee the learning and development of hydrogeologists on the team.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage projects covering groundwater and water resources modelling, groundwater flooding, monitoring, water quality, hydrogeological conceptualisation and environmental impact assessment to support national projects.

Guide junior and mid‑level hydrogeologists, develop structured training programmes, and drive capability growth and succession planning for the next five years.

Contribute to innovation, define scope and approach, and collaborate closely with senior leaders across Sustainable Water Management and Ground & Water specialists.
