About the Role

Job Title: Technical Coordinator – BIM / High-End Fit-Out

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator with strong BIM knowledge and contractor‑side experience in high‑end fit‑out projects. The candidate should be capable of coordinating design, BIM models, shop drawings, site requirements, subcontractors, MEP interfaces and consultant/client comments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate technical design and BIM requirements for high-end interior fit‑out projects.
  • Review and coordinate ID, architectural, MEP, structural and joinery drawings.
  • Carry out BIM coordination using Revit and Navisworks, including clash detection and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate RCP layouts, ceiling services, lighting, sprinklers, HVAC, access panels and other MEP interfaces.
