Technical Contracts Officer

Overview

The Technical Contracts Officer will support the end‑to‑end sourcing and contract management lifecycle for aviation technical services, including aircraft base maintenance, component maintenance and repair, and engineering service contracts. The role will work closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams to define technical requirements, coordinate tendering activities with Procurement, and support post‑award contract administration to ensure effective supplier performance and compliance.

Accountabilities

• Support Engineering and Maintenance teams in the preparation of sourcing requests, including defining detailed technical specifications and scope of work prior to RFP/RFQ issuance.
• Coordinate sourcing and tendering RFP/RFQ activities in collaboration with the Procurement function within Finance.
