**Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring for a technical business analyst with testing experience to join one of our federal contract delivery teams that is building a secure, event-driven digitalization platform. This is a US remote position that requires a Public Trust clearance.
This role requires technical fluency to sucessfully flex between requirements-heavy phases that focus on translating business needs into developer-ready specifications to bridge the gap between stakeholders and developers, and testing cycles that leverage requirements expertise to inform and support the testing strategy and execution, ultimately ensuring requirements are met and quality outcomes are achieved.
