About the Role
Responsibilities
- Handles site inspections, design layout preparation, and rendered presentations.
- Assists in property inventory, material sourcing, and ensures construction works follow approved plans.
- Provides support in facility operations and reception duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural, Engineering, or related courses.
- Proficient in operating CAD, SketchUp, or any 3D imaging and structural software.
- Skilled in video and photo editing.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
