We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to support and manage our Payment Gateway merchants. The ideal candidate has a strong background in payments/fintech, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work closely with merchants, product, tech, and compliance teams.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client’s relationships at an institutional level. 
  • Built personal relationships with UK based clients. 
  • Manage the daily requests/ issues with clients.
  • Support the Team to grow and achieve Team Targets

Obligatory:

  • 5 years of fintech experience working with B2B clients.
  • Fintech industry background.
  • CFD Liquidity knowledge.
  • English C1/C2/Native
