Your Mission

Richemont is looking for a talented and highly motivated Technical Team Lead to join our enthusiastic and dynamic CONTENT PLATFORMS Product Area in Meyrin. The product team consists of 7 people specialized in developing content exposing systems using various integration types (Push/Pull) and technologies (JavaScript, Headless CMS, Search Engine, Java, GraphQL, REST, etc.). The content includes Asset, Product Data, Editorial Content, and more.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background (React.js, Headless CMS, Search Engines, Java, GraphQL, SQL, etc.), leverages AI daily, has excellent leadership skills, and is passionate about driving results. As a Technical Team Lead, you will lead a team of Development Engineers and Business Analysts to achieve their goals, mentor and develop team members, foster a collaborative environment, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
