Tech Systems Analyst II (Application Support)

About This Opportunity

As a Tech Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Ecommerce operations team in aggressive Agile environments and delivering high production support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and resolve production issues and incidents in a timely manner.
• Analyze application and database performance; Able to write SQL queries and troubleshoot SQL code and database queries.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide suggestions for long-term fixes for recurring issues.
• Work closely with developers, DBAs, and QA teams to deploy application updates and patches to production environment.
• Document production release and submit changes for approval in service now.
• Create and maintain scripts for automation for server reboots, server /service restarts.
