Tech Lead

We’re looking for an ambitious Tech Lead to head our Client Facing Applications team. You’ll play a key role in our mission to help organisations understand how they could be compromised in real time. This position is based in Singapore .

• Lead the Engineering Team in Singapore, driving the delivery of a scalable integration strategy as the platform grows.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Applications to align local delivery with the global CFA strategy, ensuring technical consistency and shared standards.
• Act as line manager for the Singapore engineers conducting performance reviews, supporting career development, and providing day-to-day coaching.
• Design and implement normalisation or standardisation layers that enable rapid deployment and development of new integrations.
