Tech Coach

Overview The Tech Coach is directly responsible for participant experience and engagement and contributes to the intellectual growth, emotional well-being, and sense of belonging of youth served through Digital Harbor Foundation programs.

Tech Coaches will play a key role in creating welcoming, flexible, and engaging experiences for diverse learners, including youth with autism and other neurodivergent identities.

This includes facilitating hands-on activities, supporting participant feedback, and helping document insights that contribute to the ongoing development of accessible makerspace programs.

This role will support Tech Lab programming with a focus on accessibility, inclusion, and co-design, as part of Digital Harbor Foundation’s National Science Foundation (NSF)-funded “Space For All” project.
