About the roles
We are urgently hiring for two full-time front-of-house roles on behalf of our client, a fast-growing F&B group in the Klang Valley – a Tearista for their bubble-tea outlet and Service Crew for their restaurant outlets. We have multiple openings across Sunway Square (Bandar Sunway, Selangor) and Pavilion Bukit Jalil (Kuala Lumpur). Training is provided, with real room to grow as the brands expand.
Role 1 – Tearista (Bubble Tea, Sunway Square)
Prepare and serve bubble tea and beverages to brand standard.
Greet and serve customers, take orders and operate the cashier/POS.
Keep the counter and work area clean and hygienic; restock ingredients.
Role 2 – Service Crew (Restaurant – Sunway Square & Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
Welcome and serve dine-in customers and give them a great experience.
Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments accurately.
Keep the dining area and stations clean; support daily opening and closing.
